Description

Warner Brothers has graciously offered Tuesday's Children two, private, pre-release screenings of Stephen Daldry's film Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, at no cost to our 9/11 family members.
 
Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close follows the story of a young boy who lost his father on 9/11 who later embarks on a search for the lock to a key his father left behind. This is a very special opportunity as the film will not be in theaters until January 20th.

 

This screening will be held at two different locations.

We understand that some family members may not wish to see this movie, but we feel that there may be others who would like to view the film, particularly if they could do so together with other family members and in a private space.

 

Due to the mature and emotional nature of the film, we strongly suggest that all children under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent. After the movie, there will be an opportunity to share responses to the film with Fran Furman, Director of Counseling, and other professional counselors.

 

This movie is rated PG-13.

Parents strongly cautioned. Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13.
