Join us for a children's baseball program at CitiField on August 8th, 2012. The Cory Lidle Foundation, with a mission of charitable giving that allows families the opportunity to come together in an atmosphere of celebration, will be hosting a baseball clinic for the first half of the day that includes support from the NY Mets team. Children, ages 10-15, will then be included in a panel discussion with retired Mets players as well as professionals in the sports field about leadership, goal setting and reaching your dreams. An educational seminar following the panel will include team and skill building games. Participants will then be invited to batting practice, a meet and greet with current Mets players and then given tickets, for them and their family, to the 7:10 Mets Game vs. the Marlins.
